Our company recently shipped a drop bottom furnace for aluminum solution heat treatment and quenching to a customer in Langfang.

Purpose:

This series of quenching furnace is mainly used for solution quenching treatment of aluminum alloys. The entire system consists of a gantry-type air circulation heating furnace, a mobile trolley with a solution quenching water tank and a material basket, a drive and control system for furnace door opening and closing, material basket lifting, and trolley movement, a temperature control device, and a PLC system.
