Our company recently delivered our fifth-generation RT5 series bogie hearth resistance furnace, with effective working dimensions of 3000mm × 1500mm × 1200mm. This equipment features an innovative dual-bogie, dual-door structure, and is equipped with a bogie gas supply system and a top exhaust system. These features allow it to achieve a 40% increase in heat treatment efficiency and a 30% reduction in energy consumption.
This furnace was specifically developed for heating metal workpieces before quenching and tempering, as well as for the sintering of non-metallic materials. Paired with a smart temperature control and electrical control system, it can achieve fully automated control over the heating process, heating speed, bogie movement, and door operation. This significantly improves both production efficiency and operational safety.
