The furnace body employs a multi-zone independent temperature control system and an advanced burner arrangement scheme, ensuring that the furnace temperature uniformity can be stably controlled within ±5°C. This excellent temperature field uniformity is critical for guaranteeing the performance consistency of large workpieces after heat treatment, such as wind power flanges, large castings/forgings, and mold steel.
