  Recently, our company’s new generation of drop bottom furnace for Aluminum Solution Heat Treatment and Vertical Quenching has been officially put into application. This equipment is specially designed for Aluminum Solution Heat Treatment and Vertical Quenching processes, ensuring optimal Temperature Uniformity and Controlled Cooling Rate for workpieces under high-temperature conditions.

  The furnace adopts a Drop Bottom Quench Furnace structure. Through Microstructural Refinement, the equipment significantly improves the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength, Hardness, Corrosion Resistance, and Fatigue Life of aluminum alloys.
